My tone of voice was really one of confusion. I didn&#39;t think certain counties could decide to be dry and others couldn&#39;t. <br /><br />And you can buy PBR at 7/11 in VA and GA so why couldn&#39;t you in NC?<br /><br />If it was so important, she could have asked the clerk.
